Adam Eisen

Adam Eisen is a certified 5Rhythms teacher who holds Jewish-inspired movement meditation classes in Stockholm, with themes such as Moving into/out of Shabbat as well as special classes in connection with Jewish holidays. He is currently enrolled in Paideia’s One-Year Programme.
