Jews and Christians – can you do both?

Polina will present her research about Jewish-Christian relationships in Russia in 20/21 century. She will be mostly focusing on examples of Russian poets, who were born in traditional Jewish families, but found a lot of attractive ideas in Christianity without rejections of Judaism completely. She will also mention how society treated them at this point and how modern society still treats young people with Jewish roots who were born in Christian families nowadays.

My name is Polina Sandomirskaya. I’m a journalist and writer from Russia. My interests are mostly focusing on Jewish modern writers and their connection with traditional Judaism. Also on of my main topic is teenagers’ and young adults’ non-formal education, I am creator of courses for teenager ”My kids don’t read”.
