Nechama teaches rabbinic text at the Pardes Institute in Jerusalem. She has expertise in the intersection between Jewish law and sexuality, intimacy and fertility. She is a rabbinic activist for the religious LGBTQ community in Israel and is involved in interfaith dialogue. She also likes yoga, swimming and ice cream. Nechama recently published her first book, Uncovered: Women’s Roles, Mitzvot and Sexuality in Jewish Law (Urim Publishers).
