Gilad Silberberg

I am a neuroscientist with training in both Israel and Sweden. I studied physics at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, then obtained my PhD in neuroscience from the Weizmann Institute in Rehovot, Israel. I am now Professor of Neuroscience at Karolinska Institutet with a part time position at the Technion in Haifa, Israel. I will discuss brain research in the Israeli scientific community as well as my own research and experiences in Sweden.
