A headfirst dive into Biblical, Talmudic, and contemporary texts on the topic of head coverings in Judaism. We’ll cover ancient and contemporary head covering practices (with textual footnotes to boot). No prior textual experience or Hebrew language skills required.

Esther Amster is involved in teaching, studying, and living with Torah texts and traditions as Rabbanit in Stockholm. She holds a Masters degree in Art Therapy and has studied and taught Torah in Israel and the U.S. before moving to Sweden.
