16-17 NOVEMBER 2024

Lullabies and tales from Jewish Warsaw before the Second World War and during the imprisonment in the ghetto. We are introduced to Warsaw by Ruth Pijitz, a young Jewish girl born in 1931, who shares her memories of her family home and living in Warsaw.
We witness the acts and choices of Janusz Korczak, a Jewish doctor and educator and also  Irene Sendler, a young Catholic social worker, both of whom risked their lives for the children in the ghetto.
