Comparing exegesis in the Dead Sea Scrolls and Rabbinic literature

We will analyze a specific example of exegesis regarding a Torah law in both Temple Scroll, the longest of the Dead Sea Scrolls, and in Rabbinic literature. We will show that both the Temple Scroll and Rabbinic Judaism had much in common in their approach to the difficulties in these sections of the Torah.
