Miriam Kalman is a business analyst at the Good Food Institute Israel (GFI Israel), a science-based nonprofit, aimed at accelerating alternative protein research and innovation in Israel. Prior to joining GFI, Miriam served as an analyst in the financial division of consulting agency Adkit. Miriam holds a B.A in Psychology and Philosophy from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
